We require a $200 non-refundable deposit for all hair extension services. This secures your appointment and contributes toward your final service payment. Please note deposits are non-refundable and applied to the total cost on the day of your appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you must reschedule, contact us promptly and we'll try to accommodate a new date; however the deposit cannot be returned as it covers booking and preparation costs for your extension service.

Arriving over thirty minutes late will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. This policy protects scheduled time, allows us to serve other clients, and helps maintain reliable appointment timing for all extension services.
